1What size do I order?
If you are not sure of your size, you may use our Size Chart to decide the right size for you. Our sizes range from S to 4XL. For more assistance, you may get in touch with our Customer Service Team. If you are in between sizes we advise that you choose the larger size.

1Does Active Shapers clothing really work?
Active Shapers have proved to be helpful for many, and we recommend you to wear Active Shapers clothing every day for better results even if you don’t exercise; the more you use them, the better results you will achieve. Complementing it with proper hydration, exercise and healthy diet will give even better results.
2How do they work?
The smart fabric of Active Shapers clothing is meant to raise one’s core temperature while exercising, walking or any other physical activity. You can wear it regardless of what you’re doing, while you are active. Put them on to see the results for yourself.
3What are Active Shapers pants made of?
Active Shapers pants are made from a smart fabric, which is known to increase core body temperature during any physical activity. The outer material is made of Neoprene and lined with Polyester and Nylon. The smart fabric is embedded inside the lining.
4Can I wear Active Shapers clothing if I am pregnant?
No, we do not recommend wearing Active Shapers clothing while pregnant.

1How to wash my Active Shapers clothing?
You must wash them after each use, especially after exercising. It is recommended to hand wash them in cold water with soft detergent, followed by squeezing out and draining. - Hand Wash at 30°C - Don’t Tumble Dry - Don’t iron - Don’t bleach - Don’t wring - Line or Hang Dry - Don’t dry clean

Returns and Exchanges

1Can I exchange or return?
We want our customers to be happy with every purchase that they make from Active Shapers. In case you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of delivery to claim a full refund of the money spent. Though shipping, handling & other supplementary charges are deducted. Before returning/exchanging the items(s) that you purchased online, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team by email at cs@activeshapers.com.
2After how much time will I receive my credit after returning the merchandise?
The credit is processed ASAP after we receive the returned merchandise. A confirmation email is sent to you once we have processed your return or exchange. We take a maximum of 15 days after the time when we receive your order for the returning of merchandise.

Placing Orders

1Which forms of payment are acceptable?
We accept most card type using Sage Pay. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club International and others card types are accepted.
2Can credit card or debit card be used safely on your site?
Yes. Our standard SSL encryption & security procedures make it completely safe for you to use your credit card or debit card. Nobody at our company will ever see or has an access to your credit card or debit card information. We don’t store your card details in our databases and our procedures are continually updated on the basis of the latest security & e-commerce practices.
3How do I use my voucher code?
Select your desired product, size and quantity. Add the product to Cart. At Express Checkout, enter your code in the ‘Coupon Code’ box on the right hand side and click ‘Add Coupon’. Your coupon will automatically deduct from your order total. Enter your billing and delivery details, select your shipping and payment method, and review your order. Proceed to ‘Pay Now’ to complete your purchase. PS: Only one coupon can be used per transaction. Shipping charges apply. Coupon codes are not valid on Sale items. Coupon codes may only be valid on certain items, so please check the terms of your voucher before attempting to redeem your code. Can I modify or cancel my order? Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team to modify or cancel your order. But, if your product is already shipped, cancellations and changes won’t be possible.

Shipping Information

1What is the company’s shipping policy?
We ship orders on the weekdays (Monday-Friday). Any orders that are received on weekends/holidays are shipped on the next business day. Seldomly do we place an order on hold and on such occasions we contact the customer within a business day to collect the information required speeding up the delivery.
2What are the shipping & handling charges?
UK – 1st Class Signed For Shipping is provided for £5 EU – Standard Shipping is provided for £6 Rest of the World – Standard Shipping is provided for £8 Shipping charges will automatically be added to the purchase while checking out. Our international shipping charges are exclusive of the country specific customs, tax fees, or import duties linked with delivering your package, as there are different customs policies in all countries. Customers are entitled to pay these fees directly to delivery carrier while receiving the delivery items. What you pay to us includes only the price of your item(s) as well as the shipping cost. To know more about these destination-specific charges, you may contact your country’s local customs office.
3How long does it take to receive an order?
Shipping within the UK takes 1 to 2 working days Shipping to the EU takes 3 to 7 working days Shipping to the Rest of the World varies between 7 to 10 working days
4What carriers are used by you to ship your packages?
We ship most orders via Royal Mail.
5Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address after we have shipped your purchase, please contact us immediately. Changes aren’t allowed once an order has already been shipped. Please be aware of the policy, that if a package comes back to Active Shapers due to customer’s negligence of providing an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, the customer only will be liable for the shipping and the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for the packages lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information that a customer provides.
6What to do if I don’t receive my tracking number? Where can I find it?
At the moment tracking numbers are only available for UK orders. Contact our Customer Service Team for assistance if you have any query about your tracking number. After we ship your package, we will provide you with the tracking code through an email. Make sure that you check your Spam/Junk Folder as well.
7My shipment was delivered, but I never received it. What should I do?
First of all, check the Tracking Number to see your package’s current location. If you haven’t received it even after waiting for a couple of days: - Check with your household members, neighbours, front desk, and anyone else who could possibly have accepted the delivery. - Carriers may sometimes leave your packages in hidden and presumably safe places (like side porch, around garage, in bushes). Check around the delivery location carefully. - Look for any notice of attempted delivery by the delivery carrier on your door, in your mailbox and P.O. Box. If there, follow the instructions to request redelivery or pick up. - Contact the Carrier, and ask for any additional information they may have regarding the delivery of your package. - If you can’t locate it after all these efforts, file a lost/stolen package claim. PS: We understand your condition. But like any online merchant, there is only one thing that we can go by to know the status of a package delivery, that is, Delivery Confirmation. We adhere to this industry standard for confirming the shipment delivery. We are not liable for a refund or a replacement of any such order. However, we are ready to help you in every other way possible. Please contact our Customer Service Team and we will review your request at our sole judgment.
